At the North West Saints Basketball Club, we believe in making sports accessible to all. That’s why we’re proud to be a FairPlay Activity Provider. FairPlay is a Queensland Government initiative designed to help families with financial barriers access sport and recreation. As a FairPlay provider, we work closely with this initiative to ensure that more young athletes can participate in basketball and enjoy the numerous physical, mental, and social benefits that come with playing sports.
What is FairPlay?
FairPlay is a Queensland Government program aimed at supporting children and young people aged 5 to 17 years to participate in sports and active recreation.
The program provides eligible families with vouchers to reduce the cost of registration fees, making it easier for everyone to get involved.
How Does FairPlay Work?
Families who meet the criteria can apply for a FairPlay voucher to help pay for the registration fees to join sports clubs like the North West Saints Basketball Club.
Once approved, the voucher can be used for a range of activities, from club memberships to competition fees, and can help reduce the overall cost of joining the club.
